Question small tool accessible via intranet

Hello,
I need to have a small tool that can be accessed from different locations for some small calculations. It is planned that later I can export them to Excel.
The easiest way would probably be to put it on a webserver where everybody who needs it can access it (I expect not more than one at a time will need it).
The question is, if it is possible with wpf browser application in the vb express edition.
ASP in express seems not existent....

Thanks your advice!

Axel
