Thread: setting up a web app

hey im having some trouble setting up an asp.net web application
when i create it i get an error: Unable to create Web project '<project name>'. The UNC share '\\<server name\wwwroot$\<project name>' does not exist or you do not have access. For more information, see Unable to create Web project, server denies access to URL path.
i have no idea what to do to fix it

Do you have IIS installed?

try using Frontpage server extensions, they ease up the web app development
