My appl uses Informix database, and I am using IBM.Data.Informix dll for connecting to the database, when I try to write a function which returns IfxParameter[], I get the following error "IfxParameter[] is not CLS-Complaint"

can you pls help. I tried using IfxParameterCollection class also but get the same error.
