Thread: Shopping cart

I trying to create shopping cart with vb.net that use database but I'm stuck.... Has someone created one example that is not too complicated that I can learn from... thanks

This question doesn't really belong in the VB.NET General forum. Is this for a web application, which seems the most likely? If so then it belongs in ASP.NET, so I can move it for you. If it is for the web, are you using Web Forms or something else (MVC, Web Pages)? If it's not for the web, is it Windows Forms, WPF or something else, e.g. Silverlight?

I'm using visual studio and vb code..... I think it belongs to asp.net

Yeah we know that. Otherwise you wouldn't be posting here. VS can create lots of different types of projects.

Exactly what type of project did you create? I'm guessing it was an ASP.NET Web Application but I'm not going to move this thread based on a guess.

Yes, it is asp.net web application using vb...

I have moved this thread to the ASP.NET E-Commerce forum, where answers regarding web site shopping carts are most likely to be found.

Why don't you try to create it using Magento. Its easy to use.
