Hi Everyone, I am not sure if there are already some good sites and free resources available on web for learning "what is Agile Software Development?"
I am interested in using agile in a practical project and needs some real life applicable training. Not bookish knowledge. I would appreciate if you can point me to some books and online sites where I can read more.

You can google the term "agile development" and get a whole slew of definitions and articles explaining that concept.
As for your actual request of "how to improve my site", I have no idea what to suggest since I haven't a clue what it looks like, what its purpose is or in what ways you're looking to improve it.
