This major release introduces "Expressions Everywhere" - nearly all properties of the Chart and Gauge report items can now be specified with expressions. This allows report authors to bind all configurable aspects of the report items to user defined parameters and/or data. The 2012.1 version also includes performance improvements, new charting features, conditional data points appearance, controllable visibility of essential Chart and Gauge elements, report items Preview and Editing improvements, new Chart and Gauge examples and more.
