Question ADXIE AddOn

i have just installed Visual Studio 2005 and i have to develop a toolbar for internet explorer. But the problem is i can not see ADX IE Addon in the Extensibilities section. like the picture below

anyone please help me how to get this addon appear in my Visual Studio?
