Hi VB.NET community!

My name is "Batera", VB developer and I'm from Brazil.
I'm performing a deep study about Agile Development in order to present it in my university as a conclusion certificate. But I want to do a great study about it!

I know that this forum has a lot of professional developers,
so I decided to come here and look for tips or ideas on how to bring up a real comparision between Agile Development and Cascade.

Agile is said to be iterative and incremental and adaptive, while cascade (waterfall/traditional) phases are completed one by one.

PMI now has a section dedicated to Agile and they are actually in the process of adding an Agile PMP cert. Check their site for possibilities. Also, Mountain Goat Software is the company of one of the originators of Agile/Scrum, Mike Cohn. there is probably some info on their site, and there are a number of recorded webinars by Cohn around the net.
