Basic outline for basic

Is there some sort of outline or layout for visual basic. If someone has some sort of layout could i get a copy? I am extremely interested. I don't need anything advanced, actually as basic as it can be. please help!!!!

Not sure just what you mean.... could you give an example?

I am not sure exactly, maybe something stating a step by step layout. Example declare variables, assign input to variables, etc.. I just need something that I can keep handy.
