I am interested in creating a new toolbar that will be installed in Outlook, Excel, and browser. I would like to create a new toolbar similar to the toolbars that Yahoo and google prepare and allow a download and install.
I'm not sure where to begin though - does anyone have any good reference information on how this is accomplished?
