Moved asp.net 2.0 website to network - security issues

I'm a newbie to the .net framework. I have a website that I developed in VS 2005. I've moved it from my developement PC (where I can debug and run it just fine) to a network directory. I can't debug it. I get a security error.

I tried giving Domain Users modify permission to the folder but that wasn't it.

Who needs to be given what in order to run and debug this site from the network.
