Need to incorporate a header and a lib

Hi. I am developing a VB.Net application written for a handheld terminal (operating system WindowsCE) which uses bluetooth to operate a small printer. The bluetooth connection keeps dropping out, and the terminal manufacturers have given me an Atinav SDK which they say I can use to restore the connection when required. I have no knowledge of VC++.

The header file is called albtradio.h and the library file albtradio.lib, which I have.

How do I add these to my VB.Net project?
