I just want the code for next payment date generate automatically from a specific payment date

Maybe you could just provide a simple description of how this next date is supposed to be calculated. It seems that a whole bunch of irrelevant code has already been removed and I don't really want to have to work out what's supposed to happen from multiple screenshots when you could just describe it in one or two sentences.

i just want to calculate the next payment date from a particular payment date which was made before shows date in monthly,shows date in half yearly,shows date in quarterly,shows date in days & shows date in yearly as a customer choose for his payment please help me on this coding for this page memberfees as attached there and also coding for health questionnaire form for a particular customer and save in database
