On certifications...

Hi everyone,

I know most of you have certifications under your belt. I would like to know how am I suppose to go about taking an exam and what are the prerequisites and books/articles that I need to review?
I'm a developer by profession, using VB and VB.net and SQL Server 2000.

Is this the path below:

MCP -> MCAD -> MCSD

*** books for MCP review?
*** books for MCAD?
*** books for MCSD?
