Powerpacks3 Line Control : draw line in richtextbox

According to their MS docu, the new line control is to 'simply' replace gdi line drawings.

I have a richtextbox where text is input in paras.

Whenever text is changed, how can I draw a line whereever a blank line is found ?

To handle instances where multiple blank lines are found, the line needs to be at the first blank line of the multiple blank lines.

I've been experimenting with this but have not had success. Can someone please show me how to code this ?
