unable to add customize toolbox

Hi

i'm trying to use www.dundas.com gauges

i'm having difficulties installing www.dundas.com gauges on my system running Visual Studio 2003. it's installed i can check out the samples but it's not in my toolbox and when i go to add the dll from the dundas software i get this error

[/FONT]the following assemblies are installed SDK assemblies but could not be shown in the customize toolbox dialog becuase they are missing one or more components. Please make sure that all necesary libraries are availbale:

dundaswingauge.dll
