Curious what font you all use in the VS.NET code editor? I recently discovered "MS Reference Sans Serif" and find it to be compact yet easy to read.

Yep, I used to use Consolas before this one. Giving the MS Reference Sans Serif a try which is also good because I use it in MonoDevelop (MonoTouch) for iPhone development.

Consolas is default in VS 2010 and that is what I'm using. In VS 2008 it was Courier New and I was happy with that too. I like the spacing the console type fonts give.

I'm a big fan of Consolas in VS 2010 as well. Some people don't like it due to the requirement for ClearType in the font. This extension can be downloaded to change the text rendering mode on the font: Text Sharp

While I don't use it I know others that swear by Inconsolata: Inconsolata
