Available Work Needed for Small Project

I have a small project that I need some assistance with. The job pays $25 and has to do with caching and VB.net...Mainly with keeping track of API requests that are being sent using HTTP web requests.

Most of all the work is there I just need someone to implement the caching portion of it.

Thanks, but this job is probably for someone in a smaller country (outside of the US or Canada) where $25 will buy enough food and drinks to cover reading the 200 or so lines
