Choose what you think is the most fitting section/forum and post there.

On the home page, you can mouse over each forum to get a description of what it's for. Select the most specific one that is appropriate to your subject, e.g. questions relating specifically to Windows Forms projects go in the Windows Forms forum, not the VB.NET General forum. VS forums are for IDE questions rather than code questions.
