AxMSChart20Lib adding method?

I am using VB.NET 2003. I am wondering how to add AxMSChart20Lib to reference. Or where is it located in the COM? The one MSChart20Lib has been added from Microsoft Chart Control 6.0(OLEDB).


The compiling error happed at "
FriendWithEvents axMSChrtNFSS2 As AxMSChart20Lib.AxMSChart"

That is why I need to add this library to resolve the problem.
