Question Connect to Access on Vista

Platform Vb.net 2005
Database Access 2003 crated using Access 2007 (downgraded), copied to Local with connection string
Get following error message when TableAdaptor.fill

A first chance exception of type 'System.InvalidOperationException' occurred in System.Data.dll

Have done this many time using SQL without proble. I suspect it is Vista security problem preventing connection. Does any one have this experience and know the solution?
