connectionstring Provider?

in the connectionstring-("Provider=MySQLProv;Data Source=dbname;User Id=dbuser;Password=dbpass;")
what does "Provider=MySQLProv" mean..it produces a bug to my system...please help me what kind of connection string should i use

A .NET Framework data provider is used for connecting to a database, executing commands, and retrieving results.

In your case, for MySql you can for example install and use the MySQL Connector/Net provider.
