Datagrid Paging - Format problem

I've been asked to change the format of paging on a datagris so that the numbers are bigger/more obvious to the user as they are not all aware there is more than one page. I have gone into pager font within the pager style property in the datagrid and set the text as XX-Large, but it looks aboiut arial 10 point size when i execute the application.

Also, is it possible to bet both page numbers AND the back/forward buttons? it seems to only offer one option or the other.
