[FONT=arial,sans-serif]The developer will report directly to the IT Director and will be responsible for developing and maintaining both new and existing features for the data layer of the company’s web based software system based on Microsoft Silverlight. The candidate will be expected to provide support in software design, assessing and executing coding tasks, and testing and debugging the said code.[/FONT]
[FONT=arial,sans-serif]Required Technical Skills:[/FONT]
[FONT=arial,sans-serif]Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent[/FONT]
[FONT=arial,sans-serif]Minimum of 3 years experience in software development[/FONT]
[FONT=arial,sans-serif]Excellent knowledge of VB.NET, .NET Framework, WCF Web Services and SQL[/FONT]
[FONT=arial,sans-serif]Excellent oral and written communication skills[/FONT]
[FONT=arial,sans-serif]Any Microsoft certifications and/or experience associated with ASP.NET WebForms, ASP.NET MVC, WPF and/or Silverlight 4 would be an added plus[/FONT]
[FONT=arial,sans-serif]Fluent English, both written and verbal
[/FONT]
[FONT=arial,sans-serif]Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team[/FONT]

What we offer:
- Job location is in Cyberspace. Employee can work from a home office and be part of a multinational team.
- Communication with the all team members is done through Instant messenger, web cam, Skype, email and other collaboration tools.
- Employee will work under an employment agreement in front of a registered offshore company.
- Employee will be receiving all of his social rights as stated in the law of his country of residence.
- Tax statements will be subject to local laws and would be performed on the employee's responsibility.
- Salary will be paid once a month and transferred directly to employee's beneficiary bank account by wire transfers or by paypal.
- Job capacity: Monday - Friday (8 hours daily)
