Get the number of cycles left on a windows CE device.

Is there a way to access the data for the number of cycles left on a smart battery used in a windows CE 5.0 device? I'm using powerstatusex and powerstatusex2 for all of the other battery data, but I can't seem to figure out if I am able to get the number of cycles.
