Help with Unspecified error (MS Visual Database Tools)

Hello guys... first of all good day
Please help me about my problem in sql server management tools i a'm using sql server management tools 2005 express on my windows 7 OS
I'm trying to create a table on my new database but the error appears, Unspecified error (MS Visual Database Tools) i cannot create a table
on my database. the first thing i do is to uninstall my server management tool then i re install again but it was a same error again. what should i do
to fix this problem. i search to google i found a lots of same problem but i cant find any good answer to fix my problem.
