Just paste links into the post, this board will automatically get the document title for that url and use for link text. You can see this when you preview or submit post.
Using common words such as "this" or "article" or "help" as link text is counterproductive.
The original document title is useful because usually it is informative, you can read what document it is without opening the url. After a while the document is probably moved and link broken, the easiest way to find that document again is to do a global/site search for the document title.
