Should be able to develop conceptual understanding of the entire system under development, its business usage, technical architecture, performance and functionality related issues.
The persons should have excellent written communication; inter personal and problem solving skills with the ability to work in multi cultural environment.

Strong OOP’s concepts and design patterns
Should be able to understand UML/Knowledge of UML (should understand LLD’s)
