Package and deployment

I have done these before but the grey cells are kicking in.

When I install my application the desk top Icon should point to the EXE file and run it. What happens is it opens up the folder where I installed it. What I have is a folder with the EXE file and my Fav Icon.

I can't figure this one out Please help.

There's no actual thing called "package and deployment" in VB.NET. That wizard was a VB6 thing. Are you talking about publishing your project, which means creating a ClickOnce installer, or something else? If something else, what else exactly?
