Question Split text file by data

I have an entire text file that in every line of text contains a data value ( for example position 8 to 16 = 01022009 ,

Ho i can divide this file in multiple file for data ?

For example a file that contains 100 lines of text and 3 different data in the line , divide this file in 3 file with the same data value in ?
