This one is probably worth watching based on the upcoming Windows Vista release. I haven't watched this as of yet, but it's on my to-do list.

it's informative, even admin's most of the time run as standard users and only rise to the admin level when needed

they're also enforcing better programming standards in vista, such as an application for a standard user can only save the app setting's to the current user's profile and not to global areas (like program files folder, where the app was installed to)

i havent seen the whole thing yet, but those were two highlights i remember
