Question Unpredictable Messageboxes when accessing Outlook in .Net

I have a .Net 2005 program which accesses the OutLook Address book. All code works fine, etc.

My issue is that SOME but not all of the user's computers get some sort of security message which they must answer OK to at various points. They get these boxes when accessing the address book or when sending email.

Does anyone know where or which settings to check concerning Outlook security? It's annoying the users who are forced to answer messageboxes when they use the code.
