Web combo row height is changing dynamically

When I initially open the combo (clicking on the button to expand combo), all rows in the combo list have the same height. When I move the mouse over the specific row, it height expands a little. This looks fun but annoying. How can i solve this problem?

Default behavior doesn't do this. You must have some sort of CSS rules that causes it to behave like this. Check your code for and remove style formatting.
