which route should i go down :S ... i have the choice to be MCTS certified in ASP.NET but i also like how windows form work too and like developing them. which in your opinions would be better both practicality wise and salary wise? also which would be more of a challenge to do??

It all depends on what you want to do, there's a market for both. I personally know both, however I'm not certified in either.
