You can't get the job without on the job experience. You can't get the experience without getting the job.

You have to have a 4 year degree to get the job, but in four years the entire tech scene has changed. .net 05... .net 08 ...

Now everyone is doing credit checks.

I saw a job post "Sr Programmer 40.00 an hour"

I have been programming with vb5 and 6 for 10 years. I can do anything in it. I can program in c++ just got rusty over time. Picked up enough .net in the past 2 weeks to do a little of this and that, and enough to know the questions I need to ask. Does any of that matter? Want me to learn something? Give me a week and I'll be able to do it. Give me a month and I'll do it better than any college grad!

If your looking for someone with programming in their blood, and are located in the chicagoland area, send me an email! Not looking for 40.00 an hour, not even close! njdubois@gmail.com
