Windows 7 Ultimate and SharePoint

Hello. I will be developing a web site in SharePoint with windows 7 Ultimate and would like to know how to make it accessable via the internet for test purposes. Can Windows 7 serve web pages to requests over the internet, or do I need to install Windows Server on a virtual drive, or do I need to go with a web hosting service from another company. (I have already obtained a domain name and a Windows Hosting service with another company, but would like to serve the pages from my machine if it is possible.) Thank you for any help.
