Overall, we are looking for at least two, possibly three new hires. All candidates must be skilled in the following:
Visual Studio (2003, 2005)
.NET (C#, VB)
SQL Server (2000, 2005)
Web application development
One, or possibly two candidates should also be skilled in:
Visual Basic 6
XML/XSLT
Web design
Client/Server application development
The base salary range for a software developer, depending on qualifications, experience and level, is as follows: Minimum would be around $45,000 to a maximum of $65,000. I may consider higher for a software development lead, but this is a staring point.
