big doubt in deployment

in my system VS.NET is installed and i developed a project in vb.net .
now i want to deploy that project to some other system.
is is necessary to install .net in that system or somw components is enough.

can i know the required components for deploying vb.net project in some other system in which .net is not installed.


And also i am generating crystal Reports for that projects .so if i want to run that reports in other system, should i install crystal reports in that system.

For CR you only need to add and register modules like Crystal_regwiz2003.msm is to the setup project and that's it ... btw, you don't need install CR.
