cant access my project asks for password

I had made a project and I think I had done signing or something and some .pfx file was created then I moved my project folder to a different drive formatted windows and reinstalled windows and vb.net 2005 but now when I try to open this project It asks me for a password to import a .pfx file
What do I do I have no idea at my putting an password to the project...

In project properties under signing tab you can create a new strong name key. if you know the password of your old key then you can change that too.

I know I can do that but I DONT KNOW the password or when I set it
