doubt in deploying

in vb.net , my form consists of one button and one textbox.
i have written the code in button_click as

textbox1.text="sdfs"

now i build that application

so successfully it is build.

now in file, i go to Add projects
and in that i clicked setup and deployment

so, setup and deploymnet wizard is opened
in that i clicked set up wizard

and followed the steps ie i selected primary output and all that.

my query is

when i am clicking my computer and opening my setup1 folder ,nothing is coming.

may i know where is the error.
pls let me know as early as possible.

right click the Setup1 within solution Explorer and select build or menu Build and select "Build"

i posted one query in .net forums about searching for a word in access .can u plss refer to that query and answer me as early as possible.its very urgent.
