edit users wizard??

I need to provide the same functionality that the asp site management does, so that admins can edit/update/delete users. I know there is a create user wizard that works in the same way as it's done on the site managment tool does, and I've seen the edit functionlity on other pages within the app itself so admins can access, but can anyone please tell me where/how I can hook this into an app page? I can't seem to find anywhere!

You should be looking at the Membership Classes. Build membership management pages around those or perhaps you can find on web someone has done that before.
