Splash Screen

i have designed a splash screen in vb.net
its background is transparent on my pc but when i run this application on other 3 pcs where dot.net is not installed but dot net framework 2 is installed there. it isn't transparent there. Please help me to make it transparent so that it looks like adobe photoshop.

If you are using VS.NET 2002/3 then i wonder why you do not install FW 1.x instead ???

i have tried both dotNet Framework 1.1
and dotNet Framework 1.1
but the result is same.
the application is not transparent in any case where visual studio is not installed.

are you using some dependencies maybe? .dll file(s), .jpg, .bmp image(s) or anything else?
Btw, post the code if you want an adequate suggestion
